WHEATWATCHER seeks to address urgent global challenges, including population growth, climate change, and environmental degradation, by developing and managing a comprehensive digital soil monitoring system. This system is designed to assess the nutritional condition of soil, as well as the chemical and biological factors influencing wheat grains from their early growth stages through to the flour production process.
